Ryan McGrath founded Streetscape after spending more than 20 years working with major retailers at corporate brokerages, including JLL, Northwest Atlantic and Colliers. Realizing that he could offer a higher level of in-the-trench mindset in order to strategically advise and better service his clients, it was clear that a boutique brokerage was the only way forward. He then created Streetscape with a focus on getting to know his clients’ businesses and tailoring his work to their needs.
Ryan has helped retailers from a variety of industries, including William Ashley, TJX, Under Armour, Golf Town, Tommy Bahama, Haggar, Kenneth Cole, IQOS, Regis and Real Fruit Bubble Tea.
